Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 657 in Riga on 11 august, 2008 (pr. No 57 16) amendment of the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 august 2002, the Regulation No 379 "procedures prevented, controlled and controllable air pollutant emissions from stationary sources of pollution" Issued in accordance with the law "on pollution" in article 11, paragraph 1, second subparagraph, article 45 of the first subparagraph and the second subparagraph of article 46 do Cabinet of 20 august 2002, the Regulation No 379 "procedures prevented, controlled and controllable air pollutant emissions from stationary sources of pollution" (Latvian journal , 2002, 122 no; 2003, 63 no; 2004, no. 37; 2005, nr. 181.) amendment and supplement with 6.1 points by the following: "6.1 in order to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity and heat to the consumer, these provisions referred to in paragraph 3, combustion plants with a rated thermal input capacity greater than 50 MW, the Board, on the basis of a written application, the operator up to 2015 December 31, use of this provision in annex 1 the prescribed emission limit values.
