To ensure compliance with the tariff classification of State budget mērķdotācij and grant, General Manager of education institutions, according to educational institutions subordinated to charging with its area (of the city) or the Ministry of local government. ";
1.2. to complement the chapter IV with 44.3 points by the following: "general education and 70.4 vocational subject teachers tarific two hours a week (80 hours a year in vocational subject teachers), preschool educators – three hours a week for one hour of work rate training (session).";
