No 61 31) amendment of the Cabinet of Ministers of 18 December 2007 the Regulation No 876 "vehicle and the numbered unit trade rules" issued under the Road Traffic Act 4.1 the third and fourth to make the Cabinet on 18 December 2007 the Regulation No 876 "vehicle and the numbered unit trade rules" (Latvian journal, 2007, nr. 207.) amendments and make the following paragraph 39:39. "to sell the vehicle acquired or imported from a foreign State which is not a member of the European Union need a document which certifies that the vehicle into the European Union of such national legislation is designed for customs matters in the order (hereinafter customs doc file). After the sale of the vehicle by means of the Customs document of the vehicle shall not be issued to the beneficiary but shall reference the invoice-"EU status" goods. "
