Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 718 in 2008 (September 8. No 63 17. §) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 21 June 2005 Regulation No 445 "postal regulations" Issued in accordance with article 2 of the postal law, the second subparagraph of article 7, the fourth and fifth and 7.1 the second paragraph of article do Cabinet on 21 June 2005 Regulation No 445 "mail rules" (Latvian journal, 2005, 105, no. 189; 2006, 53 no) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 73.1 points following : "This paragraph 73 73.1 the obligation under mailing add customs declaration CN 22 and CN 23 does not apply to e-mail messages that are sent to the Member States of the European Union."

4. Supplement with 77.1 points as follows: "This paragraph 77 77.1 the obligation under mailing add customs declaration CN 22 and CN 23 does not apply to e-mail messages that are sent to the Member States of the European Union."
5. Add to 84 in the second sentence by the following: "If there is no necessary customs formalities, the sender fills in the content only in the list."
6. Supplement with 84.1 point as follows: "this rule 84.1 in paragraph 84 of the defined mailing add customs declaration CN 23 does not apply to e-mail messages that are sent to the Member States of the European Union."
7. Supplement with 107.1 points in the following wording: "this rule 107.1 in paragraph 107 of the mailing requirement to attach a customs declaration CN 23 does not apply to e-mail messages that are sent to the Member States of the European Union."
8.
