5. Add to 84 in the second sentence by the following: "If there is no necessary customs formalities, the sender fills in the content only in the list."
6. Supplement with 84.1 point as follows: "this rule 84.1 in paragraph 84 of the defined mailing add customs declaration CN 23 does not apply to e-mail messages that are sent to the Member States of the European Union."
7. Supplement with 107.1 points in the following wording: "this rule 107.1 in paragraph 107 of the mailing requirement to attach a customs declaration CN 23 does not apply to e-mail messages that are sent to the Member States of the European Union."
8. To supplement the rules and point to 165.1 165.2 as follows: "by opening and closing the 165.1 legal persons-residents of the Republic of Latvia, as well as non-resident permanent representation of Latvia – current accounts, postal service provider is obliged to provide to the State revenue service information on this legal person, stating the customer name, registration code, uniform billing account number, currency, account opening and closing date.
