Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 741, Riga, 15 September 2008 (pr. 65. § 18) amendment Cabinet on 10 April 2007 the Regulation No 236 "Appropriation and enforcement order" Issued in accordance with the law on budget and financial management of the second subparagraph of article 24 to make a Cabinet of 10 April 2007 the Regulation No 236 "Appropriation and enforcement order" (Latvian journal, 2007, no. 61, 207; 2008, 96 no) amendment and put point 7 by the following: "7. budget-funded institutions individual financing plan developed by the project where: 7.1 granted more appropriations for programmes and subprogrammes;
7.2. for the purposes of the project for foreign financial assistance or transfer from the General foreign financial assistance;
7.3. the projects co-financed under the Cohesion Fund for the implementation of the budget of the State participation in the specific related and not related expenditure;
7.4. the appropriation provided for the implementation of the investment project and the project promoter is a public body;
7.5. the funds of the European Union and other European Union policy instruments for implementation of the project grant from the general revenue and project implementer is a State budgetary authority;
7.6. the implementation of the project for the European economic area and the Norwegian Government in bilateral financial instrument funding and project implementer is a State budgetary authority;
7.7. the appropriation allocated to the rest of the Government long-term obligations;
7.8. the use of the appropriations determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. "
