No 67 21) aeronautical information preparation and dissemination of the order Issued in accordance with the law "on the air" 54. the third paragraph of article i. General questions 1. determines the order in which prepares and distributes aircraft flight operations in the airspace of the Republic of Latvia in the required air navigation information. 2. All the aeronautical information prepares and distributes according to European Union legislation, of 7 December 1944 Convention on international civil aviation (hereinafter referred to as the Convention), annex 15 and the requirements of this regulation. 3. the aeronautical information shall be prepared and distributed by the State joint stock company "Latvian air traffic" aeronautical information (hereinafter referred to as the aeronautical information). 4. the air navigation information is obtained, compiled, edited, formatted and published in aeronautical information. 5. the air navigation information preparation and dissemination of national supervision and control by the State Agency "Civil Aviation Agency" (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Aviation Agency). 6. air navigation information is disseminated as aeronautical information collection or individual parts of the aggregate. Aeronautical information collection consists of the following parts: 6.1. aeronautical information publication, including its amendments and additions;
6.2. the notification that is sent via electronic means of communication, and that contain information about any air navigation facility, services and rules, changes, or threat information (hereinafter referred to as the NOTES statement), and in the pre-flight information bulletins;
6.3. the aeronautical information circular;
6.4. NOTE the announcements list. 7. To provide aeronautical information preparation and dissemination according to international requirements, Aero navigation information in part implemented and maintained by the International Organization for Standardization standard EN ISO 9001 EN "quality management system" according to the quality management system. II. Air Navigation data 8. 11.2. the identification number of the provider of aeronautical information of Civil Aviation granted by the Agency;
11.3. aeronautical information provider legal address and the actual location;
11.4. contact name, title, telephone and fax numbers, electronic mail address;
11.5. the content of the information to be provided. 12. Civil Aviation Agency within three working days during the clarify approved aeronautical information providers in the following cases: 12.1. you create a new institution or merchant who directly, or alternatively related to aircraft flight safety;
12.2. the institution in the list or he is eliminated;
12.3. you change information on the approved list of institutions or merchants. 13. The rules referred to in point 8 Aero navigation providers air navigation information shall: 13.1. 13.2. 18.4. the terrestrial observation, navigation and communications equipment;
18.5. other information that it considers relevant to aircraft flight safety. 19. Civil Aviation Agency to provide aeronautical information part of the aeronautical information: 19.1. about the new airspace structure elements and the existing airspace structure element of long-term changes;
19.2. for the new deployment, if they present a threat to flights of aircraft, as well as the Elimination of existing hazardous object or changes them, if they present a threat to aircraft flight;
19.3. other information, which the Civil Aviation Agency considers essential to aircraft flight safety. 20. These rules 18 and 19 of the information referred to in paragraph aeronautical information providers provide air navigation information, as such information is available. III. the aeronautical information processing 21. Aeronautical Information part introduces the aeronautical information received by the registry. Said register shall indicate: 21.1. aeronautical information date and time of receipt;
21.2. the aeronautical information provider name, contact name, and last name;
21.3. the air navigation part of the collection of information covered by the aeronautical information;

21.4. each action that is performed by the aeronautical information after you receive it, as well as a noted aeronautical information preparation process changes. 22. part of the aeronautical information of aeronautical information is recorded immediately after it is received. 23. This rule 22 requirement referred to in paragraph shall not apply to air navigation information pertaining to laws and regulations in the order of certified aerodromes. In this case, the aeronautical information before registration of the aeronautical information shall ensure that it is aligned with the Civil Aviation Agency, consistent with the laws governing civil aviation aerodrome operation procedures. 24. If the rules referred to in paragraph 23 of the aeronautical information is aligned with the Civil Aviation Agency, aeronautical information part of the aeronautical information received does not register and shall inform the provider of aeronautical information. 25. part of the aeronautical information checking aeronautical information received, if needed, to clarify and reconcile again with aeronautical information provider. 26. the aeronautical information part by aeronautical information checking it puts European aeronautical information database. 27. part of the aeronautical information, taking into account the provisions of paragraph 6 of the said information, aeronautical information shall be drawn up in accordance with the Convention's requirements of annex 15 aeronautical information distribution. 28. air navigation aeronautical information information provider of aeronautical information is kept as long as the distributed aeronautical information is up to date. IV. coordination of aeronautical information and distribution 29.
