1. In accordance with the law "on value added tax" 6 of the first paragraph of article 14, paragraph "a" section of the value added tax does not apply.
2. In accordance with the law "on value added tax" article 6.2 shall apply value added tax to five percent.
3. In accordance with the law "on value added tax" in the first paragraph of article 6, point 4 of the value added tax does not apply.
