Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 853 in Riga in 2008 (October 14. No 74 37) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 17 April 2007 the Regulation No 269 "procedure is assigned to national and EU support for agriculture direct aid scheme" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph to make the Cabinet on 17 April 2007 the Regulation No 269 "procedure is assigned to national and EU support for agriculture within the direct support schemes" (Latvian journal , 2007, no. 69, 165; in 2008, 64, 93 no) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing the chapter 1.1 the following: 1.1 "cross compliance management requirements 10.1 the single area payments, separate sugar payment, at support for energy crops and the support provided for processing raspberry and strawberry areas can receive farmers who comply with cross-compliance management requirements of Regulation No 1782/2003 and article 4 of the annex to this regulation 1.1 the following areas : 10.11. environment;
10.12. public, animal and plant health protection;
10.13. animal welfare.

"
2. Make the following paragraph 72: "72. 3. 4.
