No 76 59) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 26 May 2008 rules No 61 "procedure for granting state aid in the European Union fisheries development project submission open competition in the form of the measure" investments in fishing ports and fish landing sites "Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph 1. make Cabinet 26 May 2008 rules No 61" procedure for granting state aid in the European Union fisheries development project submission open competition in the form of the measure "investments in fishing ports and fish landing sites" (Latvian Journal, 2008, 88 no). the following amendments: 1. provisions be supplemented by 7.1 points as follows: "the applicable project application 7.1 making a round dent preten submit support no more than one project application.";
1.2. the express section 10.4.2 as follows: "the acquisition of fixed assets, 10.4.2, land registry Department issued 50 inscription (certified copy) or a certificate of land for real estate (certified copy), or in the land register a long-term rental agreement, within which the rental period is not less than seven years from the date of submission of the application (certified copy), – the real estate in which to implement the project. If this rule 5.3. support referred the project to the applicant State or municipal owned land inside the port area, it shall, in accordance with the law on ports "declares land owned by the applicant for aid (certified copy). Submitting copies of the presented originals; ";
1.3. make the following subparagraphs 10.4.3.1.: "10.4.3.1. Land Registry Department issued 50 words (extended copy of the envelope) or the certificate of the land of the real estate in which to carry out the construction (certified copy), or in the land register the long-term real estate rental contracts on real estate, which make construction (certified copy). The lease agreement lease term is not less than seven years from the date of submission of the application. If this rule 5.3. support referred the project to the applicant State or municipal owned land inside the port area, it shall, in accordance with the law on ports "declares land owned by the applicant for aid (certified copy). Submitting copies of the presented originals; ";
1.4. to supplement the provisions under paragraph 12.1, as follows: "Public aid 12.1 General costs directly related to project preparation or implementation, has 40%.";
1.5. delete paragraph 15.5.;
1.6. make 1. sections C and D of the annex to the new version (annex).
2. In these rules, the above requirements shall not apply to design applications that are submitted to this rule into force.
