9. 9.2.2.3. for the implementation of the project required resources and their justification;
9.2.2.4. beneficiaries;
9.2.2.5. deadlines for the implementation of the project (by stages);
9.2.2.6. cash flow items of revenue and expenditure of the Community body of analysis.
10. 11. MSG in the method) for the last year concluded in accordance with the law of associations and foundations, which is the State revenue service tag or an acknowledgement of receipt. 11.2. If the applicant is a local authority: 11.2.1. the project submission (annex 1) two copies, including cash flow statement and the information in accordance with paragraph 10 of these rules (including electronically);
11.2.2. the local Government Council (Council) decision about participating in the project, showing total project cost and financing sources. If you plan to take the loan, the loan notes withdrawal timetable;
11.3. If the applicant is a public body: 11.3.1. application of the project (annex 1) two copies, including cash flow statement and the information in accordance with paragraph 10 of these rules (including electronically);
11.3.2. the appropriate authorities of the decision on the participation in the project, showing total project cost and financing sources;
11.3.3. annual report (complete set) for the certified copy (the original show) for the last year, signed in accordance with the law on budget and financial management, which is the State revenue service tag or an acknowledgement of receipt. If the applicant does not submit the relevant documents, Field support services to obtain the administrative procedure law.

12.2.4. accept the construction of the technical design stage or its certified copy (the original show), if the date is confirmed in the technical design;
12.2.5. purchase building materials, accept a construction (technical design stage) or its certified copy (the original show), but if a simplified reconstruction, — support them, drawn up by the applicant;
12.2.6. building permits (certified copy (the original show)), if the date is confirmed in the technical design;
12.2.7. If the project is for the European Union's protected area Natura 2000 environmental monitoring – national Office (certified copy (the original show)) of the environmental impact assessment final report or decision (certified copy (the original show)) of the environmental impact assessment procedure is not applied, or opinion (certified copy (the original show)) on the impact of the activities of European interest specially protected natural areas (Natura 2000), which is required for the implementation of environmental impact assessment;
12.3. the procurement procedure of the supporting documents in accordance with the laws of the vajiem in normat procurement procedure. 18. 18.1.3.2. laboratory and quality control techniques and equipment;
18.1.3.3. washing, disinfection technique and equipment;
18.1.3.4. required energy equipment and appliances, including heating and ventilation techniques and equipment;
18.1.3.5. the necessary water supply and sewage, waste water and waste gas treatment and water recirculation facilities and equipment;
18.1.3.6. cargo lifting and handling machinery and equipment;
18.1.3.7. equipment and technique for fish processing by-products and waste collection and transport;
18.1.3.8. specialist transport of production technique that provides veterinary and hygiene requirements conditions;
18.2. in the context of aquaculture production: 18.2.1. new construction and reconstruction costs, on the basis of contracts with third parties, responsible for carrying out the work, but not exceeding the provision referred to in paragraph 21 cost: 18.2.1.1. aquaculture animal breeding and incubation of a workshop building and reconstruction of the existing shop;
18.2.1.2. other new construction or reconstruction of the premises, except for the construction of the waterworks or reconstruction;
18.2.2. new construction materials under technical projects;
18.2.3. the technological equipment and installations and with the objective of the project, including computer equipment;
18.2.4. purchase of specialised computer software production process management and control;
18.2.5. fish storage chamber building and purchase equipment, implements, cold, ice making equipment and installations and Setup;
18.2.6. laboratory and quality control equipment and installations and Setup;
18.2.7. fish feeder equipped floating devices and boat purchases Cates responded to the objective of the project;

20. If the applicant does not provide public funding for installation, it is to be installed and put into service according to the regulations for installation and use procedures. 22. 27.1. bank interest payments, charges for financial transactions, foreign exchange commissions and losses due to currency fluctuations;
27.2. fines, penalties, interest on arrears and costs;
27.3. the subcontracting, which increases the cost of the project, but does not add value to the project and the fee is fixed as a percentage of the total cost of the project;
27.4. the costs associated with the supply of any services or work for which there is no appropriate procurement procedures carried out in accordance with the laws and regulations on the application of the procurement procedure;
17.1. the maintenance costs;
17.1. the maintenance, spare parts and operating costs;
17.2. the remuneration of personnel;
17.3. General-purpose vehicle cost;
17.3. the purchase of property or shares;
27.10. investments relating to production for profit and the retail trade;
27.11. costs in excess of the market price, and the unfinished work;
27.12. the other costs that are not eligible under Council 2006.ga da July 27 Regulation (EC) no 1198/2006 on the European Fisheries Fund and the Commission on 26 March 2007, Regulation (EC) No 498/2007 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) no 1198/2006 on the European Fisheries Fund.
