5.6. the product certification bodies according to the standard LVS EN 45011:2004 "General requirements for bodies dealing with product certification systems" and applicable documents;
5.7. the environmental verifier of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 March 2001, Regulation (EC) no 761/2001 allowing voluntary participation by organisations in a Community eco-management and audit scheme, and the applicable documents. 6. the Bureau conformity assessment bodies regulated sphere assessed, accredited and monitored according to the rules referred to in paragraph 5 of the criteria and the regulations on conformity assessment, as well as the criteria set out in accordance with the applicable documents. III. Accreditation arrangements 7. the Agency shall, on the basis of the application of the conformity assessment body on its accreditation, conformity assessment bodies with contract. 9.5. to cancel the accreditation if an accredited conformity assessment body has not complied with these rules or 5 point 6 of that legislation or the provisions referred to in subparagraph 8.2.3. within the time limit set in the report not looking during the assessment of non-compliance found;
9.6. to extend the scope of accreditation, if an accredited conformity assessment body has met these terms or 6.5 above regulatory requirements apply for accreditation in addition to the field;

13.2. determines the time intervals between the evaluation visits, not exceeding two years;

13.4. can perform extraordinary assessment, if the received complaints about the activities of conformity assessment bodies, or information about the changes in its activities, as well as considering other supervisory action;
13.5. keep conformity assessment body evaluation reports, and ensure privacy. 14. test and calibration laboratories participating in skills testing or other comparison programs. 15. An accredited conformity assessment body for conformity assessment bodies the results of the evaluation using accreditation (annex). 16. The accreditation mark may not be used to mislead. 18.5. the period of suspension of the accreditation of these rules in the case referred to in paragraph 9.4. 19. the Bureau updates the accredited conformity assessment bodies the information contained in the list of accredited conformity assessment bodies. List available in the Agency's home page on the internet. V. concluding questions 20.
