Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 10 in Riga 2009 January 6 (pr. Nr. 1 17. §) rules for national statistical accounts for health care issued under the State statistics law article 4 second subparagraph 1. Approves the report of the national statistics sample forms in health care, as well as the form filling and submission procedures.
2. Approves the following statement of national statistical sample forms: 2.1. review of population immunization and immunization programs within the country vaccinated persons (annex 1);
2.2. Overview of the presence of cancerous tumors and nursing contingents (annex 2);
2.3. the report on the incidence of all forms of active tuberculosis and tuberculosis sufferers (annex 3);
2.4. review of psychiatric illnesses and psychotic contingent (annex 4);
2.5. review of mental and behavioural disorders due to psychoactive substance use (annex 5);
2.6. review of the antenatāl care, abortion and contraception (annex 6);
2.7. review of hospital activities (annex 7);
2.8. review of registered occupational diseases and the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident victims ' medical care (annex 8);
2.9. the report on the staff of the Authority (the main workers) (annex 9);
2.10. the report on the hospital's action (annex 10);
2.11. the report on the health status of children (annex 11);
2.12. the report on the inspection of tiespsihiatrisk (12.);
2.13. the report on the State of the blood establishment and preparatory Department blood work (annex 13);
2.14. Overview of emergency medical work (annex 14);
2.15. the report on the work of medical radiology (annex 15);
2.16. the report on the work of a dentist (16);
2.17. review of individual infections and parazitāraj diseases (annex 17).
3. Medical institutions according to their activities each year to 20 January submitted to health statistics and medical technologies State Agency of such State statistical reports for the previous year: 3.1 all medical institutions, according to the provisions of annex 4, the 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of annex 5, paragraph 3., 4. and 5., 6., 9., annex to annex 3 and 9 and 11. , 12, 14, 15 and 16 of the annex;

3.3. medical authorities which have concluded a contract with the health compulsory insurance State Agency of the State-funded health care services, according to annex 7 of these regulations, paragraph 11 of Annex 9 and annex 10.

5. 6. the health statistics and medical technologies State Agency collects the information that is available to certain diseases diseased patients, treatment of persons in the register in the register and in the health compulsory insurance State Agency management information system, and each year up to 10 March prepares national statistical reports for the previous year: 6.1. pursuant to these provisions 2 and 3, annex 4 to annex 1, 2, and 3, annex 5, paragraph 1 and 2 and annex 9 to 1. , 2, 5, 6, 7, and paragraph 10;
6.2. in accordance with the provisions of annex 7 of the 1, 2 and 3, point 11 of Annex 9, paragraph 2.1 of annex 10 and to paragraph 4, of the medical institutions that have entered into a contract with the health compulsory insurance State Agency of the State of paid health services.
7. The medical authorities, the national blood center, a government agency "public health agency" and Latvian society of Pharmacists filled national statistical reports be submitted in paper or electronic form of a document, if the document is drawn up according to the law on electronic document design.
8. the rules shall enter into force on 1 April 2009.
