Nr. 1) 44 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 6 May 2008 the Regulation No 323 "national and EU aid modalities for the development of measures for fisheries ' fishing activity complete termination" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 6 May 2008 the Regulation No 323 "national and EU aid modalities for the development of measures for fisheries ' fishing activity complete cessation" (Latvian journal , 2008, 78 no) the following amendments: 1. Make paragraph 6 by the following: "6. the applicants are owners of fishing vessels which hold a valid special permit (license) for the purpose of commercial fishing and whose vessels fish in the Baltic Sea (including the Gulf of Riga) the coast or coastal waters and are included in the national agency of fisheries resources" agency "in the list of fishing vessels (hereinafter referred to as the list of fishing vessels)."
2. Delete paragraph 8 and paragraph 9.2., the words "national fisheries management".
3. Express 9.3. subparagraph by the following: "9.3. conclusion of commercial fishing rights lease agreement with the lessor, fishing rights and a valid special permit (license) commercial fishing;".
4. Express 9.7. subparagraph by the following: "9.7. fishing vessel owner whose property has more fishing vessels are prohibited from replacing fishing vessels withdrawn, which received funding, with other vessels (including leased vessels), excluding fishing vessels included in the list of fishing vessels;".
5. Delete paragraph 10.2., the words "national fisheries management".
6. Replace the words "in paragraph 10.3. National Fisheries Administration issued" by the words "in force".
7. Make the following paragraph 10.6: "10.6. the fishing vessel owner holding more fishing vessels are prohibited from replacing the withdrawn vessels from fishing for which funding, with other vessels (including leased vessels), excluding fishing vessels included in the list of fishing vessels;".
8. Replace paragraph 11, the words "national fisheries authority local authority concerned reduces gear limit for the part" with the words "the Government is not redistributed to other fishing rights tenants gear limit for the part".
9. Replace paragraph 16, the words "national fisheries authority" (the fold) with the words "public agency" Latvian agency "resources" (fold).
10. Put the following section 18.7. "State Agency" 11.6. Latvian fish resource agency "or the local authorities concerned and the recipient a copy of the agreement on commercial fishing rights lease termination of suspension of fishing activities in full (if the beneficiary has passed your last fishing vessel). 11. Delete the words in paragraph 20.4. "the Ministry of agriculture in national fisheries management".
12. Add to paragraph 21, after the word "more" with the word "calculated".
13. Replace the figures "in paragraph 19.2.20, 21" with numbers "22, 23".
14. To supplement the provisions of chapter IX with the following: "(IX). final question 49. This provision referred to in paragraph 6 of the list of fishing vessels until 31 December 2008 round the national fisheries authority."
15. Deletion of annex 3, the words "national fisheries management".
16. Amend Annex 5 C. Title 6, the words "national fisheries management".
