Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 94 in Riga 2009 (27 January. No 7 86) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 11 October 2005, the Regulation No 761 "disaster Medical Center Charter," Issued in accordance with the law of public administration facilities 16. the first paragraph of article 1 do cabinet from 11 October 2005 a Regulation No 761 "disaster Medical Center Charter" (Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 164; 2008, 106 no) the following amendments: 1. delete paragraph 2, the words "and to organize emergency medical system";
1.2. in paragraph 3.1., amend the words "and emergency medical assistance";
1.3. to complement the 3.3. section behind the words "and" with the words "according to competency";
1.4. to supplement the rules with the bottom point 3.5 as follows: "3.5. provide proposals of emergency medical aid system.";
1.5. deletion of the words in point 4.1 "and ambulance sis theme";
1.6. Add to paragraph 4.5, after the word "authorities" with the words "emergency medical assistance service";
1.7. put 4.6. subparagraph by the following: "4.6. organising and providing emergency medical assistance in the disaster or emergency medical situations, coordinate with other emergency and rescue services in disaster medicine, as well as providing support for local and regional authorities in ambulances and emergency medical service;".
2. provisions applicable to 1 February 2009.
