Regulation No 404 "the raw milk quality control laboratories and monitoring procedures for the recognition of" Issued under the food surveillance article 4 of the law on the part of the fourteenth and the law "on conformity assessment" article 7 do cabinet 3 June 2008 the Regulation No 404 "the raw milk quality control laboratories and monitoring procedures of recognition" (Latvian journal, 2008, 101 no) the following amendments : 1. Replace the introductory part of paragraph 9, the words "State Agency" Latvian National Accreditation Bureau ' "with the words" Metrology and accreditation agencies ".
2. Delete paragraph 9.3.3.
3. Delete paragraph 9.4., the words "or by fax".
4. To supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 13: "13. laboratory, which is not recognised according to the requirements of this regulation, can make the raw milk quality control laboratory investigations to the recognition of the laboratory service, but no longer than up to 31 May 2009."
