Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 113 in Riga 2009 February 10 (pr. 2. 8. III. Arrangements for the national armed forces involved in emergency and rescue 13. National armed forces involvement in emergency and rescue land area required: 13.1. throughout the country or in a region thereof – national fire and rescue Chief, or his authorised representative;

14.1. 15. 18.3. operates emergency and rescue operations manager;
18.4. organised security arrangements, led by subordinate staff and is responsible for the execution of the given task;
18.5. a joint operations centre report on work results and the return of the permanent location.
19. the joint operations centre operational Deputy shall inform the national border guard headquarters management operational control of the Border Service of the national armed forces involvement in emergency and rescue work in the border strip.

IV. Procedures for national armed forces involved in the emergency consequences liquidation 22.
