1.3. to supplement the provisions of this chapter Ii: "Ii. Motodeltaplān and motoparaplān registration 9.1 to register with chassis-equipped motodeltaplān or motoparaplān, motodeltaplān or motoparaplān shall provide the owner of the Civil Aviation Agency application (annex 2). Application shall be accompanied by the following documents: 9.11. Merchant-a merchant copy of the certificate of registration, a natural person – passport copy;
9.12. motodeltaplān or motoparaplān the ownership of a copy of the identity document;
9.13. motodeltaplān or motoparaplān a copy of the instructions or other equivalent document, indicating the flight characteristics, technical specifications and limitations;
9.14. two motodeltaplān or motoparaplān photos (front view, side view);
9. in the receipt for the aircraft registration fees and the National Civil Aviation Agency charge a fee.
This provision 9.2 9.1 2. referred to may not be made if: 9.21. motodeltaplān or motoparaplān the owner of the application indicates that motodeltaplān or motoparaplān is a self-constructed;
9.22. ownership of the motodeltaplān or motoparaplān obtained before March 1, 2009 and the owner in writing certify the application.
9.3 these terms documents referred to in paragraph 9.1 Civil Aviation Agency motodeltaplān or motoparaplān holder can submit personally, send by post (registered mail) or electronically (in accordance with the laws and regulations on electronic document design).
9.4 the Civil Aviation Agency within 30 working days from the provision referred to in paragraph 9.1 of receipt of documents shall take a decision on the inclusion of motodeltaplān or motoparaplān in the register and in the appropriate national marks and registration marks.
9.5 the Civil Aviation Agency for this rule 9.4 of the decision referred to in paragraph motodeltaplān or motoparaplān of the owner shall notify in writing, by post (registered mail) motodeltaplān or motoparaplān's registration certificate (annex 3). ";
1.4. to make paragraph 10 by the following: "10." air national mark consists of Latin alphabet "YLE". The aircraft (except motodeltaplān and motoparaplān) the registration mark consists of three Latin letters (if the aircraft is heavier than air) or of three Arabic digits (if the aircraft is lighter than air). Motodeltaplān or motoparaplān the registration of the mark shall consist of a single Latin letter and two Arabic numerals. Between air national mark and registration mark is the hyphen (for example, "YLE-JOKE" or "YLE-325", or "YLE-A01"). ";
1.5. to supplement the rules by 15.1 points as follows: "Motodeltaplān or motopar plan 15.1 national mark and registration mark displayed on the wing lower surface of the structure on the left wing in equal distance from the front and rear edge. National marks and registration marks at the top is towards the front edge of the wing. ";
1.6. to express 17 as follows: "17. aircraft registration certificates issued up to 28 February 2009., is valid until the air removal from the register.";
1.7. to supplement the provisions of the annex by the following: "1. the annex to Cabinet of Ministers of 14 March 2006, regulations no 200 aircraft registration certificate sample (A4 size) 1.8. provisions be supplemented by Annex 2 of the following:" 2. the annex to Cabinet of Ministers of 14 March 2006, regulations no 200/MOTOPARAPLĀN the MOTODELTAPLĀN registration please register the aircraft of the Republic of Latvia, the Civil aircraft register and issue a certificate of registration.
News of the aircraft: 1. aircraft manufacturer and country of the manufacturer 2. aircraft name and serial number (factory number) 3. the Manufacturer of the aircraft type 4. aircraft date of manufacture 5. aircraft maximum take-off mass of 6. aircraft powerplant: 6.1 engine name, type, and series 6.2. propeller characteristics (e.g., number of diameter blade, step, material) 7. air navigation and communications equipment brief description 8. aircraft use technical service 9 officers opinion on the validity of the aircraft 10. flights of aircraft the legal owner (leaseholders, if the aircraft is rented) 11. Other persons associated with the property 12. Lien against the aircraft 13. Proof of aircraft from foreign aircraft register, if it was previously registered in this register receipt Certifying that the aircraft is valid for flights, as well as all of the application and the information contained in the annex thereto are correct , aircraft operation and maintenance will be carried out according to the aircraft manufacturer and the Republic of Latvia to the normative documents, and it will be used only in the lidotspējīg position, within the airspace of the Republic of Latvia in the terms of use.
