General questions 1. determines the order in which the State and the European Union support the event "restoring forestry potential and prevention measures" (hereinafter measure) activity "forest fire preventive measures" (hereinafter activity) implemented according to the Council of 20 September 2005 Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European agricultural fund for rural development (EAFRD) (hereinafter referred to as the Council Regulation No 1698/2005) and of the Commission on 15 December 2006, Regulation (EC) No 1974/2006 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European agricultural fund for rural development (EAFRD) (hereinafter referred to as Commission Regulation No 1974/2006). 2. 5.4 communications and surveillance equipment for the establishment and development of the network. 6. the applicant is: 6.1. national regulatory authority – these rules 5.1 and 5.2 implementation of activities referred to in (a);
6.2. the national forest service – these rules 5.3 and 5.4 for the implementation of the operations. 7. in paragraph 5 of these regulations carried out in areas relating to premium, high-or medium-risk classes of forests, in accordance with the legislation on fire safety. 8. 16.5. General costs directly related to project preparation or implementation (such as architects, engineers and consultants, legal services for you, a feasibility study, obtaining of patents and licences) and not exceeding eight percent of that rule 16.1, 16.2, 16.3 and 16.4 cost amount referred to. 17. Apply is only costs arising from contracts with third parties who are responsible for carrying out the works. 18.2. the costs associated with the supply of any services or work for which there is no appropriate procurement procedures carried out in accordance with the laws and regulations on the application of the procurement procedure;
18.3. the existing maintenance costs;
18.4. the other costs that are not eligible under Council Regulation No 1698/2005 and Commission Regulation No 1974/2006. IV. Project evaluation and selection application 19. Benefits for support is a project implemented by the territory with the higher risk class in accordance with the legislation on fire safety. If the projects implemented in areas where fire hazard class are the same, the advantage is a project of the greater area of the highest risk class.
