26. the long-term plan period: 26.1.  in 2008, children made submissions to the maximum implementation period is 28 months, minimum implementation period is 12 months; the long-term plan of operation start date cannot be earlier than the Schedule 1 January 2009; all activities implemented and all payments shall be made up to 30 April 2011;
26.2. in 2009, the subproject submissions maximum implementation period is 16 months, minimum implementation period is 12 months; the long-term plan of operation start date cannot be earlier than schedule the 2009 September 1; all activities implemented and all payments shall be made by 2010 31 December.
27. the work programme shall be drawn up for the first calendar year (from 1 January 2009 until 31 December 2009 or from 1 September 2009 until 31 December 2009). "
4. Express points 29 and 30 by the following: "29. Grant Scheme is not funded the following activities of the work programme: 29.1. the activities that are planned to implement any project;

6. Make 52 and 53 by the following: "52. 7. Annex 1:7.1 replace 1.9 in the abbreviation "NGO" with the words "society and Foundation" (the fold);

8. Annex 3:8.1 replace 1.2 in the abbreviation "NGO" with the words "society and Foundation" (the fold);
