Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 277, Riga, 31 March 2009 (pr. No 22 15) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 3 October 2000, the Regulation No 347 "rules on requirements for educators need education and vocational qualification" Issued under the Education Act, paragraph 13 of article 14, the first subparagraph of article 48 and the vocational training law article 18 do Cabinet of 3 October 2000, the Regulation No 347 "rules on requirements for Kumi educators need education and professional qualifications" (Latvian journal, 2000, 350;/352.nr. 2001 , 143 no; in 2002, 122 no; 2003, no. 111; 2004, 124. no; 2006, 207. No.) the following amendments: 1. Delete paragraph 2.16., the word "professional".
2. Supplement with 2.18. subparagraph by the following: "2.18. further training programmes, which are issued certificates of learning in fikāt 5, 6 classes of subject teachers, if you have acquired elementary education 1-4th grade teacher qualifications."
3. Express 1.1. Annex paragraph by the following: ' 1.
preschool education in higher pedagogical education of teachers, preschool teachers or 1-4th grade teacher qualification and this provision 2.6. training in point "4. Express 2.1. subparagraph by the following:" 2.1.
elementary educator professional higher pedagogical education and qualifications of the teacher (tutor) under the elementary education or secondary education degree, tuition or course or this rule 2.8, 2.9, 2.10, 2.11, or 2.18 training prescribed in paragraph 5 of the annex be deleted "1.2. Note the words and figures" up to September 1, 2005 ".
