Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 266 in Riga, 24 March 2009 (pr. No 21 47) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 15 March 2005, regulations No 177 "procedure for granting and animal owner shall receive compensation for losses incurred by the State supervision of animal infectious diseases or epizootic outbreak" Issued in accordance with article 35 of the law on veterinary medicine, second subparagraph and the second subparagraph of article 38 to make Cabinet of 15 March 2005, regulations No 177 "procedure for granting and animal owner shall receive compensation for losses incurred by the State supervision of infectious animal disease or outbreak of an epizootic disease "(Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 46; 2006, 33, 177. no) the following amendments: 1. provisions be supplemented by 3.5 points below the following:" 3.5. aquaculture animal infectious disease outbreak and its loss in the fight, according to this provision, 4, 6 and 7 of the annex. 2. 5.2. for carcases destroyed, animal products, semen, ova, embryos, gametes, hatching eggs and animal feed;

3. To supplement the provisions under point 5.1 by the following: "5. The provisions of paragraph 5.1 of this Act, a copy of the Inspector within three working days, send (electronically, an electronic document in the form or by fax) of the Field support service."

6. Supplement with 8.5 points below as follows: "8.5. invoice or any other accounting document showing that purchased or received disinfectants animal holding disinfection services."
