2. Make paragraph 5 by the following: "5. after the officer who is supervising the slaughterhouse, animal by-products processing undertaking or another undertaking which is sent for processing or destruction of animals, animal products, carcasses, semen, ova, embryos, eggs, hatching eggs or feed, has submitted information indicating that the shipment is accompanied by documents specified by the food and veterinary service officer (hereinafter Inspector) draws up Act (annex 8) : 5.1. about forcibly slaughtered or destroyed animals;
5.2. for carcases destroyed, animal products, semen, ova, embryos, gametes, hatching eggs and animal feed;
5.3. the inventory of destroyed or damages incurred by disinfection. "
3. To supplement the provisions under point 5.1 by the following: "5. The provisions of paragraph 5.1 of this Act, a copy of the Inspector within three working days, send (electronically, an electronic document in the form or by fax) of the Field support service."
4. Supplement with 7.4 bottom point as follows: "7.4. up to 50% of this rule 7.2 the compensation laid down in the annex, if compensation is paid to aquaculture animal outbreaks of infectious diseases and the costs incurred at the time of the fight."
5. Express 8.2. subparagraph by the following: "5.1. mandatory if the Bill of lading, purchase of animal feed, animal products, live animals, semen, ova, embryos, eggs, hatching eggs, inventories;".
6. Supplement with 8.5 points below as follows: "8.5. invoice or any other accounting document showing that purchased or received disinfectants animal holding disinfection services."
