2.5. the forest soils. 3. the Monitoring of the effects of air pollution and other environmental (biotic and abiotic, as well as anthropogenic origin) influences on the forest ecosystems shall be carried out in accordance with the international cooperative programme on effects of air pollution on forests to the assessment and monitoring of ICP Forests (hereinafter referred to as the international cooperation program of the ICP Forests), implementation of the first level (systematic) and second level (intensive) forest monitoring. 4. First-level forest monitoring: 4.1 assess tree crown condition;
4.2. perform soil analysis;
4.3. perform needles or leaves the chemical analysis;
4.4. collect, process and analyse data;
4.5. preparing statements. 5. The second-level forest monitoring: 5.1 assess tree crown condition;
5.2. in the course of tree growth;
5.3. carry out soil analyses;
5.4. analysis of soil water;
5.5. the needles or leaves the chemical analysis;
5.6. rainfall observations;
5.7. the meteorological observations;
5.8. in the observations of vegetation;
5.9. the phenological observations;
5.10. collect, process and analyse data;
5.11. reports. 6. Carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions and removals of the land-use, land-use change and forestry sector shall be carried out in accordance with the Intergovernmental Panel on climate change (IPCC) of 2003 set out in the good practice guidance for land use, land-use change and forestry (hereinafter referred to as the guidelines). 7. Carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions and removals in land-use, land-use change and forestry sector is calculated by land use categories, in accordance with the definitions laid down in the guidelines, based on statistical data for forest inventory. In addition, you can use other data indicating the sources of information. 13.2.2. each year, before 1 December, of the carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions and removals estimates for land-use, land-use change and forestry sector.
