Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 362 in Riga 2009. on 28 April (pr. No 27 44) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 April 2005, regulations No. 236 "planning the region's planning rules" Issued in accordance with the spatial planning Act article 7, first paragraph, point 3-1. make Cabinet of 5 April 2005, regulations No. 236 "planning the region's planning rules" (Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 63) as follows: 1. replace the text, the words "regional development agency" (fold) with the word "region" (fold);
1.2. adding to paragraph 3, after the word "regions" by the words "and" neighbouring countries ";
1.3. the deletion of paragraph 11, the word "(allow)";
1.4. the deletion of paragraph 12, the words "district and";
1.5. deletion of the words in point 8.5. "(Soviet) and District Councils";
1.6. the deletion of the words in paragraph 14.4. "district and";
1.7. the deletion of paragraph 17, the words "and regional";
1.8. paragraph 29 deleted the words "(councils) and District Councils";
1.9. the deletion of 32, 34, 44 and 45, paragraph the words "and regional";
1.10. the deletion of 52.
2. the rules shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
