No 67 22. §) rules on 2016/2017. the school year and term start and end time are Issued in accordance with the General Education Act, article 4, paragraph 1, rule 16 to determine the 2016/2017. the school year and term start and end time, those general educational institutions that implement the general primary education and general secondary education programs. 2. the school year starts on 1 September 2016. 3.1-8. classes and class 10-11 student in the year ending May 31, 2017. 4. learners in the class 9 ends 12 may 1869, but the school year ends June 9, 1869. 5.12. class of trainees learning ends in 2017 on May 12, but the school year ends June 16, 2017.. 6.9 and 12 class teachers who are exempt from the national tests, the school year ends may 31, 2017. 7. the school year consists of two semesters: the first semester lasts for 7.1 from 2016 until 1 September 2016 December 21; 7.2. the second semester lasts: 7.2.1.  1.-8. classes and 10-11 learners – class of 2017. on 5 January to 31 May 1869; 7.2.2.9. learners – class of 2017. on 5 January to June 9, 2017; 7.2.3.12. learners – class of 2017. on 5 January to 16 June 2017. 8. the school year teachers have the following holidays: Autumn holidays – 8.1 from 2016. on 24 October to 28 October 2016; 8.2. the winter holidays, from 2016 until 22 December 2017 January 4; 8.3. spring break 1-11 learners – class of 2017 13 March to 17 March 1869; 8.4. spring holidays 12. learners – class of 2017. on 20 March to 24 March 2017; 8.5. summer vacation 1-8. classes and 10-11 learners – class of 2017 1 June to august 31, 2017. 9. Education Authority alone shall decide on one week additional holidays class 1 learner. Additional holiday organised by second semester.
10. If during the school year there was extreme situations which cannot be foreseen and which circumstances caused lasting (at least one week) it is not possible to ensure the learning process according to the requirements of the law, educational institutions founder of the specific assessment of the circumstances of the emergency, is entitled to take a decision on the extension of the school year 1-8. classes and 10-11 class of trainees.
