Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 523 in Riga, 9 June 2009 (pr. No 39 23) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 24 February 2009. Regulations No 200 "rules on the action programme" entrepreneurship and innovation "2.1.2.4. activity of Appendix" high added value "investment" issued under the European Union's structural and cohesion funds control law paragraph 10 of article 18 to make a Cabinet of 24 February 2009. Regulations No 200 "rules on the action programme" entrepreneurship and innovation "2.1.2.4. activity of Appendix" high added value "investment" (Latvian journal 2009, no. 41) the following amendments: 1. 3. 6. Express section 33.2.1. by the following: "credit inquiry: 33.2.1.33.2.1.1. granting the credit (if applicable) the project applicant or legal entity with which the applicant has entered into an intent to grant a loan or a comparable intent on participation (annex 2);

7. Add to subparagraph 33.2.1.1 of the rules with the following wording: "the 33.2.1.1 statement of the credit institution granting the credit (if applicable) and credit certificate of account balance (if applicable) shall be for an amount which shall not be less than the total cost of the project. 9. 10. 12. Express the following subparagraphs 43.1.: "the Commission shall consist of 43.1. State agencies" the investment and development agency of Latvia "and the Ministry of economy's representatives;".
13. 21. Make 66 as follows:

"66. During project implementation the beneficiaries can receive advance payment, not exceeding 35% of the amount of public funding. For receiving the advance payment and the payment of the advance payment received means open account beneficiary country. To receive advance payment, the beneficiary shall submit to the institution of cooperation bank guarantee for the amount of the advance and of the construction of the būvvald accept the technical design stage, where the eligible costs are included in the construction of buildings and premises, and reconstruction costs.
