Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 589, Riga, 25 June 2009 (pr. No 44 12) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 15 April 2008, regulations No 264 "rules on national test procedures accredited education programs" Issued under the Education Act, article 15, paragraph 16, and the General Education Act, article 4, paragraph 1.12 draw Cabinet-15 April 2008. Regulations No. 264 "provisions on State test procedures accredited education programs" (Latvian journal, 2008, 2009, 61 No; 69 no) the following amendments : replace text 1.1 the words "municipal education administration" (fold) with the words "local education or education authority" (the fold);
1.2. to replace the words "in the text of the provisions of the municipal education administration manager" (fold) with the words "local education or education administration manager" (fold);
1.3. to replace in paragraph 4, the words "educational content and examination Center" with the words "national educational content Center";
1.4. to replace the 17 and 18, the words "municipal education administration" with the words "municipal education officer or education authority";
1.5. make the following point 19:19 "national verification work developed: 19.1. the Centre;
19.2. the education specialist or local education authority;
19.3. educational institution. ";
1.6. to replace paragraph 29 and 34, the words "municipal education administration" with the words "municipal education officer or education authority";
1.7. Express 45 as follows: "45. education specialist or Local Education Authority may appoint the observers – including other educational institutions teaching the subject. Local education authority for including observers of the Administration may appoint responsible employees. Including the observer monitors the progress of the compliance of the netting provisions and state tests, the operation time. ";
1.8. to make 55 as follows: "55. education specialist or Local Education Authority may designate observers – other examination educational institutions respective subject teacher. The municipal education authority of observers may appoint the examination administration responsible employees. Observers monitor the exam the examination of compliance with the requirements of this regulation and national tests, the operation time. ";
1.9. Express 59.1. the second sentence of subparagraph by the following: "on each envelope is a label that contains the municipal education specialist name and address or the education authorities the name and address of the educational institution's name, including the name and the date, the number of trainees applied for and including material language;"
1.10. replace 60.6, and 60.9 60.8 points, the words "education authorities ' (the fold) with the words" local education or education administration manager "(fold);
1.11. Express 61.2. the second sentence of the subparagraph as follows: "The package is label showing the municipal education specialist name and address or the education authorities the name and address of the educational institution's name, the name and location of the exam date, student number, question 9. class-exam material (hereinafter referred to as the bundle);";
1.12. the express section 38.1. following: 38.1. "bags that are addressed to each municipal education officer or education authority. The bags have a label, which contains the municipal education specialist name and address or the education authorities and the name, address, the name of the driver. Bags addressed to municipal education officer or educational authority, is packed in cartons and inserted in the Bill of lading. A packing slip for each specified educational institution provided the package and envelope (hereinafter consignment). ";
1.13. to replace the words "in paragraph 108 of the municipal educational administration" with the words "municipal education officer or education authority".
2. the rules shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
