Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 638, Riga, 25 June 2009 (pr. No 44 21) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 22 august 2000 by Regulation No 296 "rules on professional obligations require the State language knowledge and language skills testing order" Issued in accordance with national law, the language of article 6 of the fifth and the Education Act 50. paragraph 3 of article 1 do Cabinet of 22 august 2000 by Regulation No 296 "rules on professional obligations require the State language knowledge and language skills testing procedures" (Latvian journal , 2000, 302., 435./437.nr.; 17, 2001, 99, 105, no. 174; 2004, nr. 32; in 2006, 41, 57, no. 204; 2008, 103, 127 no). the following amendments: 1. replace the text of the provisions (except paragraph 21.2) the words "educational content and examination centre" (the fold) with the words "national educational content Center" (fold);
1.2. to make the first sentence of paragraph 13.2 as follows: "If the employer declared the State language proficiency certificate does not match the content of the education and examination centre, State language center or national educational content for the national language issued by the Centre skills certificate, the employer transfers the content of national education center.";
1.3. to replace the words "in paragraph 24.1 home page on the internet at www.isec.gov.lv with the words" home page "on the internet";
1.4. to supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 42: "42. State language proficiency certificate, which until July 1, 2009 issued by the educational content and examination centre, is valid, and the State language skills test does not have to be sorted again."
2. the rules shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
