The project is supported by the following: 5.1 General education teachers involved in professional and pedagogical competence required for further education promotion program or course;
5.2. General education teachers involved in the training of professional implementation and pedagogical competence increase;
5.3. General education teachers involved in education in the context of the improved general education content, teaching methods and learning achievement evaluation system, including information and communication technologies in the learning process;
5.4. General education teachers involved in the training of the State language teaching (in particular young people, of which the native language is not Latvian language) and subject teaching in the national language minority education programmes, including in relation to improved education standards, programs, teaching methods and language teaching materials for e-environment;
5.5. measures to support general education teacher preparation, including the implementation of alternative models based on the work and practices of teachers education, teacher development studies or development, including in relation to the improved general education content and teaching methods, as well as the improvement of the implementation of the programme of study. 6. Apakšaktivitāt within the implemented projects co-financed from the European Social Fund. Apakšaktivitāt total available for public funds is 4 564 706 lats, the European Social Fund co-financing 3 880 000 lats and national public funds from the national budget 684 706 lats. III. Project preparation and submission of the application 15. 29.13. project planned in the publicity and information dissemination activities comply with the European Union's structural funds and the cohesion fund projects in the implementation of the publicity requirements. 30. quality criteria (specific horizontal priorities and eligibility criteria): 30.1. mutual cooperation between beneficiaries and implementing projects in achieving the goal of apakšaktivitāt: 30.1.1. partnerships are not intended (0);
30.1.2. cooperation between beneficiaries only in the preparation of the application projects in order to prevent duplication of planned projects activities (one point);
30.1.3. cooperation between beneficiaries in the preparation of the application projects for the mutual exchange of information on the implementation and results of projects (two points);
30.1.4. cooperation between beneficiaries in the preparation of the application projects for the mutual exchange of information on the implementation and results of projects, as well as involvement in a particular project activity (three points);
30.2. the readiness of the project implementation started: 30.2.1. target groups of training needs have not been defined, and they planned to identify, initiate the implementation of the project (0);

30.1. room and furniture rental, if you need to rent a room outside of the legal beneficiaries addresses;
30.2. project activities required for the implementation of information technology equipment (hardware, software, printers, data storage equipment) rental;
30.3. the transport costs (fuel costs, vehicle hire, purchase of transport services, charges for the use of public transport);
30.3. the training and the organisation of seminars and related implementation costs, including the remuneration of teachers, provision of handouts;
30.4. costs that are reasonable and related to the implementation of project activities. 49. That rule 43.4. cost referred to in the heading does not exceed one percent of the project's eligible direct costs. 50. This rule 43.5. referred to cost position does not exceed 0.5 per cent of direct eligible project costs, and it uses this rule 43.3. the costs referred to in point. 51. the eligible costs recoverable value added tax payments are eligible. 52. the project costs not included in the application, which is not specified in these rules or in paragraph 43.51. 53. 53.3. not justified by supporting documents or the costs incurred by the regulatory non-compliance;
53.4. does not meet the reasonable financial management, in particular value for money and cost effectiveness and not related to the implementation of the project activities. VII. Project implementation conditions 54. Beneficiary general education teachers involved in professional and pedagogical competence required for further education promotion program or course content relevant subjects in line with the teaching of teacher professional association. 55. The beneficiary can start implementation of the project before the agreement for the implementation of a project, but not later than two months after the conclusion of the one fucking. The project no longer than 31 December 2013. 56. cooperation authority, consistent with the laws that determine the order in which the expected State budget co-financed by the Fund of the European Union for the implementation of the projects, as well as payment and arrangements for the preparation of declarations of expenditure, is transferred to the beneficiary (other than the national budget Office), advance payment, not exceeding 20 per cent of the project for the European Social Fund and State budget funding, taking into account the time limits and procedures laid down by the arrangement concerning the implementation of the project. 57. The beneficiary on its Web site at least once every three months puts up-to-date information on the implementation of the project. 58. the draft amendments shall be consistent with the laws that determine the order in which the European Union's structural and cohesion funds in the participating institutions provide the planning document preparation and implementation of these funds, except for the provision in paragraph 59. 59. The draft amendments to coordinate with the responsible authority, if the changes are related to: 59.1. project objectives;
59.2. change of the beneficiary;
59.3. sample output of the project indicators;

59.4. the total cost of the project. 60. The beneficiary, without making amendments to the project, you can make the project cost reallocation: 60.1. between this provision and paragraph 26.9. set cost 43.4 positions, not exceeding five percent of the cost of a transferable and subject to the rules laid down in paragraph 49 of the cost limit;
60.2. this rule 43.3. and 43.4. bottom line referred to in paragraph 1. 61. The beneficiary shall provide the authority with a request for payment, accompanied by an explanation of those terms in paragraph 60 cost redistribution. If this explanation is not submitted or not justified, liaison body cost reallocation may be considered not to have occurred. 62. the responsible authority shall have the right to request information from beneficiaries on the implementation of the project and results achieved compliance with the planned results. 63. The responsible authority, if necessary, have the right to propose amendments to the project, preparing and sending the liaison body and the recipient of funding proposals for the necessary amendments to the draft. 64. The beneficiary within 10 working days of the rule referred to in paragraph 63 of the date of receipt of the proposal to draw up and submit requests for amendments to draft a cooperation body or provide reasoned justification to the responsible authority and the liaison body of the decision not to propose an amendment to the draft. 65. If the beneficiary does not reach the specified in the application of the project results or does not provide the learning agreement on financing the implementation of the project and set time limits or other arrangements for the implementation of a project of cooperation obligations, the authority shall inform the competent authority.
