Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 664 Riga, 30 June 2009 (pr. Nr. 45) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 April 2003 regulations No. 243 "Charter" of the Ministry of Justice Issued pursuant to the public administration Act, article 16 of the equipment, the first paragraph to make the Cabinet of 29 April 2003, regulations No. 243 "Charter" of the Ministry of Justice (Latvian journal, 2003, 70, 141, 161, 168, 180. No; 2004, 52, 90, 188. No; 2006, nr. 46; 2008, 49, 83, 171 no) the following amendments : 1. To supplement the rules with the bottom paragraph 5.4.1 as follows: "5.4.1 attest to the vital statistics office and the signature of the clergy abroad in the registration of births, deaths and marriages supporting documents;".
2. Express 5.9. subparagraph by the following: "5.9. represents the district (City) courts and regional courts stamp imprint and this Court judges the authenticity of the signature of a ruling (a certified copy, extract or copy), if it is an indication of the validity of the award, as well as to the judge's certificate issued;".
3. Deleted 24.6. section.
4. Put the "final question" name as follows: "VI. Closing questions".
5. Supplement with 27 and 28 by the following: "27. The Ministry of Justice to the 2010 October 1 submitted to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the vital statistics office, Minister, the heads of district (City) courts and regional courts judges signature samples and district (City) courts and regional courts seal fingerprint samples.
28. This provision and paragraph 5.4.1.1 5.9. is valid until October 1, 2010. "
