Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 790 Riga, 21 July 2009 (pr. No 49 20) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 June 2001 on the rules no 230 ' rules on State social security payments from the State budget and State social insurance special budget "Issued in accordance with the law" on State social insurance "the third paragraph of article 14 and article 19 of the first part of 1. make Cabinet of 5 June 2001 on the rules no 230 ' rules on State social security payments from the State budget and State social insurance special budget" (Latvian journal in 2001, 91 no; 2003, no 114, 183; 2004, 52, 76, 124. no; 2005, 202. no; 2007, nr. 145; in 2008, 41, no. 198) the following amendments: 1. express an indication on what basis the provisions of the law, issued by the following: "issued in accordance with the law" on State social insurance "the third paragraph of article 14 and article 19 of the first part";
1.2. the introductory part of paragraph 11, replace the words "after the end of the reference month" with the words "after the month following the end of the month";
1.3. in paragraph 11.3 replace the numbers and the words "in paragraphs 3 and 4" with numbers and the words "3, 4 and in point 4.1";
1.4. the introductory part of paragraph expressing 16.1 the following: "16.1 Agency during the two months following the end of the reference month shall ensure payment of socially insured persons registration accounts:";
1.5. to supplement the rules with 16.2, 16.3 and 16.4 points as follows: "If the reference month 16.2 person is in more than one socially insured person, for which to the mandatory contributions from the State budget and State social insurance special budget, mandatory contributions recorded from the State social insurance special budget.
16.3 If the reference month is more than one person in a socially insured person, for which to the mandatory contributions from the State social insurance special budget, mandatory contributions recorded from about in terms of the largest contributions to the object.
16.4 If the reference month is more than one person in a socially insured person, for which to the mandatory contributions from the State budget and State social insurance special budget and mandatory contributions for the object are the same, the amount payable shall record the status of the insured person, the insured greater insurance. "
2. The provisions of paragraph 1.5 shall enter into force on 1 September 2009.
