Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 835 Riga, 28 July 2009 (pr. No 50 55) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 April 2003 regulations No. 243 "Charter" of the Ministry of Justice Issued pursuant to the public administration Act, article 16 of the equipment, the first paragraph to make the Cabinet of 29 April 2003, regulations No. 243 "Charter" of the Ministry of Justice (Latvian journal, 2003, 70, 141, 161, 168, 180. No; 2004, 52, 90, 188. No; 2006, nr. 46; 2008, 49, 83, 171 no; 2009, 104 no) the following amendments : 1. To supplement the provisions of section 4.1.12. the following wording: "the integration of society; 4.1.12.".
2. Amend paragraph 4.2.3.
3. Express 5.1.1. subparagraph by the following: "5.1.1. formulate and implement a national policy for national law, administrative law, civil law, commercial law, criminal law, religious law and society in the area of integration, as well as in the field of procedural law;".
4. Supplement with 5.1.5. below the point as follows: "5.1.5 shall coordinate the development of civil society, intercultural dialogue and objective support system development, to promote the successful integration of immigrants in society;".
5. Delete paragraph 5.14.
6. Supplement with 5.15 and 5.16. subparagraph by the following: "5.15. European third country nationals integration fund;
5.16. appropriate competency provides a binding international agreement for Latvia. "
7. Make the following paragraph 24.14.: "24.14. National probation service;".
8. Delete 24.17. section.
9. Supplement with 24.18. subparagraph by the following: "24.18. Maintenance guarantee fund."
