Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 852 in Riga august 4 2009 (pr. No 51 14. §) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 12 September 2006, regulations no 760 "rules on the Treasury supplied charge service price list" Issued in accordance with the law on budget and financial management of the ninth paragraph of article 5 to make the Cabinet on 12 September 2006, regulations No. 760 "rules on the Treasury supplied charge service price list" (Latvian journal, 2006, nr. 147; 2007, nr. 169) the following amendments: 1. Express 3 the following : "3. The Treasury paid services provided: 3.1 municipalities, enterprises, scientific institutes and universities, receiving the loan;
3.2. corporations, associations and foundations, on which the obligations of the Republic of Latvia has provided guarantees;
3.3. corporations, associations and foundations, which in accordance with the contract of guarantee as the guarantor of the Republic of Latvia has made a payment to a creditor. "
2. Make the paragraph 2 of the annex by the following: "2. The State budget lending and servicing enterprises, scientific institutes and universities from 0.5% of loans" 3. Supplement to annex paragraph 4 by the following: "4.
