Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 912 Riga, 11 august 2009 (pr. No 52 51) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 17 July 2007 rules no 496 "farm animal variety registration and approval order" Issued in accordance with article 19.1 of the Act of Breeding to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 17 July 2007 rules no 496 "farm animal variety registration and approval procedures" (Latvian journal, 2007, 117 no) the following amendments: 1. Make the paragraph 2 by the following: "2. the State Agency" agricultural data centre "(hereinafter referred to as the data center) provides agricultural animals created in Latvia variety registration and approval."
2. Replace the text of the provisions, the word "inspection" (fold) with the words "data center" (fold).
3. Make paragraph 9 by the following: "9. the Commission's decision may be challenged data center. Data Center decisions may be appealed to the Administrative Court of law. "
4. Make paragraph 10 the second sentence as follows: "the registry administrator's data center."
5. Delete paragraph 12.
