5.3. the provisions of this annex tables 1 and 2 environmental quality referred to in the regulations is expressed as contaminants or groups of total concentration throughout the water samples;
5.4. the environmental quality regulations for metals refers to the concentration of the solution in the aqueous phase, which is obtained by filtering through a 0.45 μm samples filter or similar pre-treatment. In assessing compliance with the water of metals and metal compounds in environmental quality regulations, take into account the natural background concentrations of metals, if it does not allow of compliance with the environmental quality standards, as well as water hardness, the hydrogen ion concentration (pH value, expressed as hydrogen ion concentration negative logarithm of) or other water quality parameters that affect the bioavailability of metals. "
3. To supplement the provisions under point 5.1 by the following: "5.1 surface water quality meets the requirements of this regulation, if: 1.5.1 different seasons in each ūdensobjekt in representative monitoring site measured priority substances and concentrations of hazardous substances in the average value of not more than 1 of these rules. tables 1 and 2 set out in the annual average concentration;

26.2. the level of contamination exceeds the limit value, taking into account the geological, hidroģeoloģisko, hidrodinamisko and anthropogenic effect load in the area concerned, assess whether the environmental remediation is necessary and technically possible without implementing measures which increase risks to human health or the environment, as well as to assess whether the measures of contaminated groundwater site bailouts and control not involving excessive costs. Based on our assessment, groundwater purification degree pollution for each range is determined individually.
