5. Amend paragraph 51.

7. Deletion of annex 3 section 7.3.4.
8. Supplement to annex 3 8 sections behind the words "religion, disability, age or other factors" with the following sentence: "I declare that will ensure funding from its own resources at least 15 percent of the estimated total eligible project costs and funding to cover eligible costs."
