7.2.3. the technological equipment of the station scheme for the gas tank, pipeline, cylinder filling plant and the position of the slēgarmatūr;
7.2.4. the station cylinder movement imported into process diagram and description of the specific actions with balloons, from the station to the exit from the station (annex 2);
7.2.5. the electrical diagram for the consumers of electricity and power line layouts;
7.3. refillable cylinders station electronic tracking system or log (hereinafter referred to as the accounting log), which indicates a particular cylinder filling refillable date, the identification number of the cylinder and the volume of the gas quantity-refillable (kg/cylinder) and labelling in accordance with the legislation on chemical substances and chemical product classification, labelling and packaging, as well as data on this provision in paragraph 37 activities;
7.4. the technological equipment of the station service logs, which in accordance with the requirements of this Regulation shall provide the data on technological equipment. 8. the holder shall ensure that the service staff have access to the instructions for use of the station, the journal of accounting and maintenance logs. 9. the holder shall be prohibited to use the station if: 9.1. This provision is not in the station referred to in paragraph 7 of the document, or they are not maintained in accordance with the requirements of this regulation;
9.2. the station is not carried out technical inspections within those rules and procedures;
9.3. the station is not appropriate qualification specialist, who is responsible for the technical condition of the station, its proper use and maintenance (responsible specialist), as well as trained personnel;
9.4. the technological equipment of the station due to a risk of damage to human life, health, property or the environment. 10. The possessor of food and the use of the station: 10.1. ensure a sufficient number of station service personnel who are trained and instructed in accordance with the laws and regulations on the protection of health, the use of work equipment, as well as the balloon, evaluation, make up and other activities in accordance with the applicable requirements of the standards, taking into account the design of the cylinder and the proposed conditions of use;
10.2. design of technological equipment in station maintenance and work instructions, issued by the operating personnel, as well as develop, approve and update the operating staff work instructions;
10.3. written in the seconded specialists responsible;

Instructions shall specify at least the following information: 11.1. transportation of cylinders;
11.2. in premises where installed in the cylinder;
11.3. requirement for equipment that is connected to the cylinder;
11.4. added the cylinder and disconnect requirements;
11.5. usage requirements of the cylinder, in particular prohibited action and action in an emergency, if a gas leak is detected. 12. the holder shall ensure that the provisions referred to in paragraph 11 of the instructions include all warnings on the threat, which can lead to an untrained person, transport, adding and using the balloon as well as the action of the relevant threats. 13. the possessor shall ensure the responsible professionals with the technical passport of the station, the instructions for use of the station, the station technological servicing journals, staff safety instructions and accounting journal. 14. The responsible officer has the following responsibilities: maintain station 14.1. technological equipment and ventilation systems in accordance with technical condition;
14.2. to ensure this provision, paragraph 13 of the documentation referred to in the appropriate maintenance and updating;
14.3. to monitor the staff's qualifications match this rule 11.1. the requirements set out in subparagraph;
14.4. to prepare the station set out in these rules for technical checks and be present for these checks;
14.5. If using the technological equipment of the station, found unacceptable defects or non-conformity of equipment that the prescribed in paragraph 7.2. instruction for use of the station, stop the operation of the equipment and eliminate the non-conformity;

Station operating staff has the following responsibilities: 15.1. According to the instructions and the responsible professional orders and instructions follow all safety, fire safety and environmental protection requirements of the station at the time of application;

15.3. the maintenance logs indicate the data for this equipment;

54.1. the technological equipment of the station and the conformity of disposition this provision set out in paragraph 7.2.3. schemes and legislation on transportable pressure equipment for pressure equipment directive and the technical supervision of the complex, including: 54.1.1. gas storage tanks, equipment and pipeline connection to the location of the external tank and equipment transactions functional testing;
54.1.2. gas filling equipment activities external inspection and functional testing (gas filling device Assembly, wiring, internal tightness of piping and equipment performance evaluation);
54.1.3. gas leak detector and alarm system functional testing;
54.1.4. electrical earthing and inspection (earthing device leaks and transition resistance measurement in tanks, gas filling equipment, pump motors, lightning protection equipment, as well as the insulation resistance measurement in gas filling machine pumping engines and Starter, heating and lighting equipment, power cables and equipment that protects the power supply against short circuit and overload the chain);
54.2. the station cylinder movement imported into process compliance with this provision in point 7.2.4. diagram, instruction for use and the applicable standards;
54.3. accounting procedures in accordance with the requirements of this regulation. 55. the possessor of use throughout the station at intervals not exceeding 12 months, provided the technical examination of the current station. Current technical inspection during the inspection body shall check: 55.1. the technological equipment of the station and the conformity of disposition this provision set out in paragraph 7.2.3 below schemes, including making: 55.1.1. gas storage tanks, equipment and pipeline connection to the location of the external review;
55.1.2. the gas filling equipment external reviews;
55.1.3. gas leak detector and alarm system functional testing;
55.1.4. check grounding (earthing device leakage and resistance measurement in transition);
55.2. station balloon chain imported process compliance with this provision in point 7.2.4. diagram and the applicable standards;
55.3. accounting procedures in accordance with the requirements of this regulation. 56. extraordinary station check out: 56.1. the reconstruction of the station;
56.2. the consumer rights protection centre officials reasoned written request. 57. before the station's reconstruction work with inspection bodies possessor shall coordinate the work of implementing the technology, as well as their scope and the evaluation procedure. 58. the extraordinary amount of inspection by the consumer protection centre officials justified written request, determines the consumer rights protection centre. 59. On the technical inspection body checks test report shall be drawn up in duplicate and shall record in the register of dangerous equipment. One copy of the inspection protocol of the inspection body shall issue the holder, the other for storing not less than 10 years after the date of the inspection. 60. If the station meets the requirements of this regulation, the institution of the inspection station right shall be affixed in a visible place hazardous equipment inspection mark according to the legislation on the inspection of dangerous equipment. 61. If the inspection body establishes non-compliance with this provision of the station, stop the operation of the station by means of preventing non-compliance and inspection bodies call to check.
