Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1042 in Riga 2009 September 8 (pr. No 56 69) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 11 October 2005, the Regulation No 761 "disaster Medical Center Charter," Issued in accordance with the law of public administration facilities 16. the first paragraph of article 1 do cabinet from 11 October 2005 a Regulation No 761 "disaster Medical Center Charter" (Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 164; 2008, 2009, 106 no; no. 17) the following amendments: 1. express the point 2 as follows: "2. The Centre's objective is to plan a disaster medical system and to organize its readiness for emergency response situations and medical disasters.";
1.2. the deletion of the words in paragraph 3.2 "ambulances and";
1.3. the deletion of point 3.3;
1.4. Express 4.1. subparagraph by the following: ' 4.1. coordinate and monitor disaster medical system planning and organizing country; "
1.5. deletion of 4.3.
1.6. make such point 4.6: "4.6. coordinate with other emergency and rescue services to all levels of this trophy medical plans;"
1.7. the deletion of section 4.7;
1.8. make 4.9. subparagraph by the following: "4.9. treatment of persons in cooperation with the professional associations to prepare a training programme for projects in first aid, disaster medicine, as well as first aid instructor training;";
1.9. the deletion of the words in paragraph 4.10. "ambulances and";
1.10. the deletion of the words in paragraph 4.11. "ambulances and";
1.11. delete paragraph 4.12;
1.12. the deletion of the words in paragraph 4.13. "and emergency medical assistance";
1.13. supplement with 4.15 and 4.16. subparagraph by the following: "4.15. coordinate disaster medical plans;
4.16. developing a national disaster medical plans and submit for consideration by the Ministry of health; "
1.14. supplement with 4.17 and 4.18. subparagraph by the following: "4. to plan and coordinate action on public health hazards and public health emergencies;
4.18. to ensure the coordination of the World Health Organisation point function in international health rules. "
2. This provision 1.1., 1.2., 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12 and 1.13. Sub-paragraph shall enter into force on 10 October 2009.
