No amendment 28 § 63) Cabinet of 12 March 2002, the Regulation No 118 ' rules on surface and groundwater quality "Issued in accordance with the law" on pollution "in article 12, the second paragraph to make the Cabinet of 12 March 2002, the Regulation No 118 ' rules on surface and groundwater quality" (Latvian journal, 2002, nr. 50, 143; 2005, 160. no; 2008, no. 106, 2009, 129 no) amendment and put 38 following : "38. If monitoring data show that used for the abstraction of drinking water in the surface water quality of individual parameters is higher for this rule 6. requirements set out in the annex, to the institution, which defines the sampling frequency, have the right to allow the operator to relevant samples less than that laid down in annex 7 of these regulations, subject to the regulations on the minimum drinking water safety and quality requirements, monitoring and control procedures. "
