No 72 24) animals and products derived therefrom, the order of which is not regulated directly applicable European Union legislation on organic farming Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act, article 11 paragraph 2 of the third paragraph of i. III. The deer, wild boar, rabbit, and products derived therefrom, the order of 14 animals Deer, wild boar, rabbits (hereinafter referred to as the animals) and the products obtained from them realizing "organic farming", where the animals are born on the organic farm, or in the context of the transitional period, raised under the requirements of these provisions: 14.1 deer species, not less than 12 months, and at least three quarters of their lives;
14.2. wild boar-six months;
14.3. rabbits-for six months. 15. 22.6. According to rabbit breed provides the following optimal cage height: 22.6.1. not less than 0.5 metres – the smaller varieties;
22.6.2. not less than 0.7 meters on average and large breeds;

23.2.2.2. six weeks – for production of eggs. 24. Where a herd composed the first time or it renewed and birds raised under these rules, is not available, the control authorities, in coordination with the food and veterinary service may authorise the introduction into the organic farm grown conventional breeding birds. These birds are forbidden to realize the "organic farming". 25. The minimum slaughter age is: 25.1.12 months – ostrich;
25.2.30 days – meat pigeons;
25.3. five months-pheasants;

25.4.42 days-quail. 26. Birds except the quail, forbidden to keep in cages. 27. Bird sites total area is not greater than 1600 square meters. 28. Ostrich shed provides: 28.1.3.0-3.2 meters high ceiling;
28.2. the following minimum floor area: 28.2.1.0.25-1.2 square meters – ostrich four to 90 days of age;
28.2.2.10 square meters – ostrich, older than 90 days. 29. the ostriches enables you to stay in open-air runs: 29.1. longest edge is at least 60 metres;
29.2. the maximum fence mesh sieve size does not exceed 55 x 55 mm. 30. If ostriches bred groups, one group there, not more than 40 ostrich. 31. the quail shed provides the following minimum floor area: 31.1.-quail, 0.10 per square metre in less than three weeks;
31.2.0.15 square – quail for three to eight weeks of age;
31.3.0.22 square meters – quail, older than eight weeks. 32. Pheasant and pigeons bred yards with ensuring perchery: 32.1. one foot a minimum floor area of pheasant;
32.2.0.25 square meters large minimum floor area of pigeon meat. 33. Meat pigeon and pheasant yards shall be the anvil and the socket base. V. closing question 34.
