No 76 32) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 17 July 2001, Regulation No 323 of "requirements for incineration and incineration equipment" Issued under the waste management Act, article 7 and paragraph 8 of the law "on pollution" in article 11, the second paragraph of section 7 to make the Cabinet of 17 July 2001 of Regulation No 323 "Requires incineration and bass in the waste incineration plant" (Latvian journal, 2001, nr. 154.110, 2002; 119. no; 2003, no. 21) the following basket: 1. you express 3.1.6. subparagraph by the following: "3.1.6. the animal carcases and animal by-products not intended for human consumption, in accordance with the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 October 2002 Regulation No 1774/2002 laying down health rules as regards animal by-products not for a period for human consumption, with the exception of that regulation, article 4, paragraph 2," a "and paragraph 2 of article 5" a "specified in subparagraph If they are directly disposed of as waste; ".
2.
