Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1264 in Riga 2009 November (pr 3. 15. § 77) amendment of the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 June 2004, regulations No 571 "road rules" Issued under the Road Traffic Act article 3 the second paragraph shall be done by the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 June 2004, regulations No 571 "road rules" (Latvian journal, 2004, 103 no; 2005, 100, 103 no; 2008, 26, nr. 178.118,; 2009, 132. nr.) and make the first sentence of paragraph 270.1 follows : "cars run by disabled people with mobility disabilities (disabled persons, who are entitled to State social allowance – allowance to compensate transport expenses of disabled people who have difficulty moving around), and cars that have disabled passengers with mobility disabilities or Visual disability group 1, the car's cabin to allow positioning the disabled parking card which is issued by the road traffic safety Directorate, on the basis of the health and integrity of the expertise of the National Commission of doctors."
