Nr. 81 4. §) rules on the registration of dangerous equipment, Issued in accordance with the law "on technical supervision of dangerous equipment" article 8, first subparagraph, point 2 of rule 1 defines the order in which the hazardous installations dangerous equipment is recorded in the register. 2. register of dangerous equipment is designed to be an electronic database containing information relating to dangerous installations, the possessor of dangerous equipment and monitoring process to ensure that a single national inventory of hazardous installations. 3. the register of dangerous equipment is the consumer rights protection centre. 4. Dangerous equipment in the register the following particulars: 4.1. dangerous equipment registration number;
4.2. type of dangerous equipment in accordance with the laws and regulations on technical supervision of dangerous equipment;
4.3. a representative of dangerous equipment technical specifications according to the type of dangerous equipment;
4.4. the possessor of dangerous equipment: 4.4.1. name or first and last name;
4.4.2. registration number (legal person) or a person (natural person);
4.4.3. dangerous equipment specialist in charge of the first name and last name;
4.4.4. legal address (legal person) or declared residence (physical person) and contact information;
4.5. dangerous equipment address: 4.5.1 registration address;
4.5.2. location of the technical examination;
4.6. dangerous equipment to test dangerous equipment, indicating the nature and results of the inspection in accordance with the laws and regulations on technical supervision of dangerous equipment: 4.6.1. a first technical inspection;
4.6.2. during the technical inspection;
4.6.3. the technical inspection;
4.6.4. the extraordinary technical inspection;
4.7. dangerous equipment inspection date, the next check date and the type of inspection in accordance with the laws and regulations on technical supervision of dangerous equipment;
4.8. the inspection authority, which shall carry out the inspection of dangerous machines: 4.8.1 name, registration number and registered office;
4.8.2. the first name and last name of the experts who signed the inspection protocol;
4.9. dangerous equipment to the manufacturer's name, registration number and address;
4.10. dangerous equipment Installer (assembler) name, registration number and address;
4.11. dangerous equipment manufacturer's or installer's identification number and the assigned equipment (installation) year of manufacture;
4.12. the date when dangerous equipment registered in the register of hazardous installations;
4.13. the date when the change was made in the register of dangerous equipment. 5. Dangerous equipment to register data on dangerous equipment enter acre ditēt inspection bodies of legislation on technical supervision of dangerous equipment and consumer protection Center has assigned user permissions to the dangerous escalation of equipment register (hereinafter referred to as the inspection authority). 6. To register its possessor of dangerous equipment, according to the laws and regulations on technical supervision of dangerous equipment shall be prepared by the hazardous equipment technical examination and inspection authorities shall be submitted in the following documents: 6.1 hazardous equipment registration application (annex);
6.2. dangerous equipment to a copy of the Declaration of conformity, which confirmed the possessor of dangerous equipment. The Declaration of dangerous equipment shall be drawn up by the manufacturer, its authorised representative, the importer or the Installer (assembler), depending on the vajiem in normat hazardous equipment manufacture and placing on the market;
6.3. dangerous equipment to which the certificate of compliance required in accordance with the laws and regulations on the manufacture of dangerous equipment and offers horse market, – a copy of the certificate of conformity, which confirmed the possessor of dangerous equipment. 7. 9.2. the application contains the hazardous equipment technical inspection in accordance with the laws and regulations of the relevant technical supervision of dangerous equipment. 10.
