No 87 58) sports federations and sports federations recognised by the control order Issued in accordance with article 10.1 of the law of Sport, the second, third and fourth part i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. Sports Federation recognition arrangements;
1.2. the order in which controls the operation of recognised Sports Federation in the field of sport;
1.3. the register of recognised sports federations included in the content of information and escalation procedures. 2. Society "Latvian Sports Federation Council" (hereinafter referred to as the Latvian Sports Federation Council) decision on behalf of the sports federations, the refusal to admit or the decision on the status of sports federations recognised by the deprivation, as well as adopted the Sports Federation under the control of the Latvian Sports Federation Council Executive Board. II. procedure for the recognition of a Federation Sport 3. If the sport or the scope of the international sports organization is not recognized in the International Olympic Committee or international sports federations General Association (GAISF), the Federation of sports for the sports or the scope of the international sports organisations shall submit the following additional information, adding document translations: Latvian language 4.1. name and address of the Organization;
4.2. copy of the Statute of the Organization;
4.3. list of members. 5. Sports Federation Commission (hereinafter the Commission) to assess the sport federations and the conformity of the documents laid down in the law of Sport Sports Federation and the recognition criteria for provisions 3 and 4 point and opinion to the Latvian Sports Federation Council Board of sports federations or the refusal to recognise Sports Federation. The opinion of the Commission is advisory in nature. 6. where the Commission, in assessing the Sports Federation of the documents presented, finds that not all submitted that rule 3 and 4 above documents or they are incomplete, the Latvian Sports Federation Council sent to the relevant Sports Federation a written request to provide details. Updated information is provided within 10 working days of the Latvian Sports Federation at the request of the Council of the date of dispatch. 7. If, in a particular sport or activity is not created in the international sports organisation or international sports organization is not recognized in the International Olympic Committee, or it is not international sports federations General members of the Association, opinion on the Sports Federation's recognition in the sport or area of Latvian Sports Federation Council also gives the National Sports Council. 8. 11.4. the Sports Federation Executive Board adopted a decision of the Council on the recognition of one Sports Federation rules referred to in paragraph 8. 12. If the Latvian Sports Federation Council Board shall take a decision on the refusal to recognise Sports Federation, an application for recognition of a Sports Federation can be submitted not earlier than three months from the date of entry into force of the decision on the refusal to recognise Sports Federation. 13. The Commission consists of five members of the Commission shall establish and approve the regulations of Latvian Sports Federation Council Executive Board. The Commission includes two representatives of Latvian Sports Federation Council Board and one representative from the Ministry of education and science, the society of Latvian Olympic Committee "and the" society for the Disabled Committee ". The President of the Commission is the Sports Federation Council Board representative. The Commission, in the exercise of his duties, may invite experts. 14. the Commission shall be valid if the Commission hearing, at least four members of the Commission. 17.2. the recognised Sports Federation is complying with recognised Sports Federation statutes;
17.3. the submissions received on the recognised Sports Federation's activities and its decisions. 18. If the Latvian Sports Federation Council Board on this provision in paragraph 17 above examination has found that the recognised Sports Federation does not meet any of the sports law Sports Federation's recognition criteria, failed to comply with the laws and regulations in the field of sport or activity do not comply with the recognised Sports Federation statutes, that information shall be transmitted to the Commission for assessment and opinion. 19. when Latvian Sports Federation Council Board on 18 of these rules of receipt of the opinion referred to in the notes that the recognised Sports Federation does not meet any of the sports law Sports Federation's recognition criteria, failed to comply with the laws and regulations in the field of sport or activity do not comply with the recognised Sports Federation statutes, it shall inform the Sports Federation and shall fix a time-limit not exceeding six months, in violation of or non-compliance found. 20. 25.7. Sports Federation's Executive Director. 26.
