Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 57 in 2016 (19 January. No. 3 30) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 July 2015 regulations No. 437 "national and European aid arrangements under" trade measures "Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 July 2015 regulations No. 437" national and European aid arrangements under "trade measures" (Latvian journal, 2015, 150. no) the following amendments 1. Delete paragraph 5.1.2. 2. Add to paragraph 5.2., after the word "organizations" with the words "as well as the favourable fisheries Advisory Council for research". 3. To supplement the provisions under point 5.5 as follows: "5.5. new production outlets for search, including participation in international fairs." 4. Add to paragraph 7, in the second sentence by the following: "project monitoring does not apply to these rules 5.1 and 5.5 the activities mentioned in points." 5. Make the following paragraph 13: "13. measures are defined in the following eligible costs: 13.1. advertising campaigns: 13.1.1. ad campaign concept and plan development costs; 13.1.2. advertising space purchase or rental costs of advertising campaign; 13.1.3. the required advertising material production costs; 13.1.4. publicity costs to foreign media, including text preparation, translation and layout preparation costs; 13.1.5. the monitoring of advertising campaigns; 13.2. new production outlets search, including participation in international exhibitions: 13.2.1. organizer's registration and membership fee for the participation in the international exhibition; 13.2.2. the stand area stand construction, technical equipment and audio-visual equipment costs: 13.2.2.1. If the implementation of this Regulation referred to in paragraph 5.2 activity (market research): 24.4.1. study description in paper form and in electronic form, as well as ensure public access to the results of the study, published in the scientific institutions tīmekļvietn.
