To supplement, on the basis of the provisions of the Act, issued after the word "share" with the words "and Development financial institutions act, article 12 of the fourth part". 2. Add to paragraph 1, after the word "production" with the words "as well as funding, eligible activities and costs in terms of relevance". 3. Replace paragraph 4.2 of the numbers and the words "in point 4.1.1 and 4.1.2" with numbers and words "4.1.1, 4.1.2 and 4.1.3 above.". 4. Make the following paragraph 13: "13. Loan amount is eur 55 000 000 in total." 5. Replace paragraph 16 the number "20" with the number "30". 6. To supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 24: "24. This provision in paragraph 4.5 and the conditions referred to in paragraph 18 shall not apply to loans, if the application filed by the society of Alto 2016 February 5, as well as loans with repayment period is extended and more than 20 years, except that rule 16.1 of this case."
