Regulations No 773" rules on "operational programme infrastructure and services" 3.4.1.5.2. apakšaktivitāt "Appendix Waterworks structures reconstruction of flood risk prevention and risk reduction" (Latvian journal 2009, 116 no). the following amendments: 1. Make paragraph 3 by the following: "3. the activities implemented in the framework of projects co-financed by the European regional development fund. Activity within the available public funds are 3514020 dollars, including the European regional development fund co-financing-2986917 lat and national public funds – 527103 lats. "
2. Supplement with 11.1 points as follows: "If you close down United 11.1 design and works contracts, this provision 8.1 and 8.2 the costs referred to in point limit, as well as the rules referred to in paragraph 11 the eligible costs related to a project planned in the application of cost."
3. Replace 16.1. "in" with the number "1 493 1 757 010 460".

7. Make the paragraph 39 by the following: "39. If the beneficiary is not the national budget authority, after the conclusion of the cooperation agreement, if available financial resources, including for the beneficiary's account in advance payment of up to 20 percent of the European regional development fund co-financing. "
8. Delete paragraph 43.
9. Express 44 the following: "44. Information on the results of the project are maintained in accordance with the provisions of annex 3 of the beneficiary annually for five years after the final payment under the project submitted to the responsible body, if the agreement specifies a longer period of time. The first time these rules laid down in annex 3 of the monitoring report the beneficiary shall provide the responsible authority during the year after the last payment is received for the project. "
