Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1479 in Riga 2009 on 15 December (pr. No 88 48) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 April 2003 regulations No. 243 "Charter" of the Ministry of Justice Issued pursuant to the public administration Act, article 16 of the equipment, the first paragraph to make the Cabinet of 29 April 2003, regulations No. 243 "Charter" of the Ministry of Justice (Latvian journal, 2003, 70, 141, 161, 168, 180. No; 2004, 52, 90, 188. No; 2006, nr. 46; 2008, 49, 83, 171 no; 2009, 104. 121. no), the following amendments: 1. Delete paragraph 4.1.1.
2. Replace subparagraph 4.2.1, the words "Court of Justice" with the words "the Court" in the European Union.
3. Replace paragraph 5.1.2. the word "community" with the word "Union".
4. Replace paragraph 5.11, the words "Court of Justice" with the words "the Court" in the European Union.
5. Delete paragraph 24.2.
6. To supplement the provisions of paragraph 29 by the following: "29.2009 December 31:29.1. the functions of the Department include policy development in the field of nationality;
29.2. subordinated to the Ministry's naturalization board. "
