4.2. the population density of the calendar year, at the end of the third quarter;
4.3. the unemployment rate in the third quarter of the calendar year end;
4.4. State and local planning of road length in the region, including the gravel road, in the third quarter of the calendar year end;
4.5. the actual school (including primary school, primary school, secondary schools, special schools, high schools) in the current academic year;
4.6. State and local authorities, a number of the calendar year of the end of the third quarter;
4.7. the medical institutions (medical law) in the calendar year of the end of quarter 3;
4.8. the workers ' average monthly pay calendar year three quarters (nine months). 5. Information on the carrier's actual revenue, expenses and losses in the third quarter of the calendar year of the end of the road Directorate obtained from the planning of the regions the reports submitted on the public transport services for the profit or loss in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers of 26 October 2009 rule no. 1226 "public transport services and for damage compensation of expenditure and public transport service tariff procedure" paragraph 20. 6. Information about population density, workers ' average monthly pay and the number of local authorities in the planning areas of the Directorate of road transport requires the Central Statistical administration. 7. Information on the unemployment rate in the regions plānošano Directorate of road transport requires State employment agency. 8. Information about the actual school year the number of schools planning regions the Directorate of road transport requires the Ministry of education and science. 9. Information on the number of institutions for treatment planning regions road Directorate requires the Health Ministry. 10. Information on the public road and municipal road length of planning regions (with the black pavement and gravel cover) the Directorate of road transport requires a public joint stock company "Latvian state roads". 11. The provisions referred to in paragraph 4 of the planning region indicators characterize the road Directorate (after coordination with the regional development and local government Ministry) coefficient of 1.01 to 1.08. Part of the funding for the planning region is calculated using the following formula: D1 = (Zreģ/Zkop) × (B/2) where D1-one part of the grant for each planning region; Zreģ. -loss of regional carrier for local network in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 5 (planning region); Zkop. -the total loss of the regional local network (the planning regions together); B – State budget allocated grants for calendar year public transportation services in the regional local routes.
13. the second part of the funding (1/2) the Directorate of road transport planning regions shall be calculated by multiplying these provisions calculated in point 12 of part of the funding for this provision in paragraph 11 applied coefficients. 14.
