Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 9 in Riga 2010 January 5th (Mon. 1. § 5) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 14 august 2007 by Regulation No 555 "cableway installations technical supervision order Issued in accordance with the law" on technical supervision of dangerous equipment, '' the second part of article 3 to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 14 august 2007 by Regulation No 555 "cableway installations technical supervision procedures" (Latvian journal, 2007, nr. 134; 2008, 139. No.) the following amendments: 1. Replace the text of the provisions: 1.1., the words "national būvinspekcij" (fold) with the words "Consumer Center" (fold);
1.2. the words "emergency technical inspection" (fold) with the words "extraordinary technical inspection" (fold).
2. in paragraph 4, replace the words "Latvian standards" with the words "the standardization, accreditation and Metrology Centre '.
3. Make paragraph 5 by the following: "5. the limited liability company" standardization, accreditation and Metrology Centre ' shall be published in the official standardisation Office's home page on the internet (www.lvs.lv) in the national list of the standards that may be applied to comply with these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the applicable standards). "
4. 5. 8. Make 42 as follows: "42. All records of the cableway repair or reconstruction, as well as concerning the checks carried out in connection with the repair or reconstruction, documented. This documentation provides a means of preservation, while the cable path is in use. "
9. Express 43 as follows: "43. Cableway technical inspection after the possessor or its authorized representative on a contractual basis at the request of the institution of the inspection carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 and the applicable standards."
10. Add to 44.1. section behind the words "before the cableway registration" with the words "register" of dangerous equipment.
11. Deleting 45.1 and 45.2. in number and the word "11 and".
12. Express 50 as follows: "50." after the technical inspection body of the inspection data of cableway equipment playing dangerous and technical examination Protocol shall be drawn up in duplicate. One copy of the inspection protocol of the inspection body shall issue the holder of the cableway and a second kept no less than 10 years after the date of the inspection. 14.
