Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 7 Riga 2010 January 5th (Mon. 1. § 16) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 16 December 2003, regulations No. 720 "regulations for the administration of Justice" Issued in accordance with the law of public administration facilities 16(1) first subparagraph make the Cabinet of 16 December 2003, regulations No. 720 "regulations for the administration of Justice" (Latvian journal, 2003, nr. 180; 2007, 11, no. 195) the following amendments: 1. To make paragraph 1 by the following: "1. the administration of Justice under the authority of the Minister of Justice has a direct regulatory authority. The Minister of Justice under the authority of the administration of Justice shall be implemented by the Ministry of Justice. "
2. Replace paragraph 2, the words "the land registry department" with the words "the land registry Department of the District Court."
3. Delete paragraph 3.3.
4. Delete paragraph 3.11, the word "joint".
5. Add to 3.13 section behind the words "another test" with the words "or take part in such checks.
6. Express 4 by the following: "4. the administration of Justice has the right to: 4.1 external laws and cases, to request and receive, free of charge from individuals the administration tasks required for the implementation of the information and documents;
4.2. to provide paid services, associated with the land of the country-wide computerised information systems;
4.3. to give an opinion on the administration of Justice in the Government accounts administered incorrectly paid the State fee or other payment reimbursement if: 4.3.1. State fee paid to the person or other payment to the wrong court administration administer the State budget account;
4.3.2. the application or request to the Court of the shore establishment has not been submitted;
4.4. implementation of other regulations the rights. "
7. Replace paragraph 5, the word "is" with the words "may be".
